Nodecode is a Foresight Labs product. You buy every plan, top-up and agreement from Foresight Labs.
02Your account
You must be 18 or older, or of legal age where you live.
Signing up for a business? You confirm you may bind it.
Keep your sign-in and API keys to yourself. You answer for everything done under your account.
03What we provide
Nodecode, the agent, is open source under the MIT licence.
We sell access to models on hardware we own in Europe: plans, an API balance paid per token, and private deployments.
The pricing page or your agreement says what each includes. Where an agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Machines make model output. We make no promise that it is correct, safe or fit for any purpose.
04Your use
You decide how you use the service.
You answer for that use, for what you make with it, and for following the law that applies to you.
We do not see or check what you send or what comes back.
If anyone holds Foresight Labs liable for your use or for what you made, you pay our damages and reasonable legal costs.
05Your content
What you send and what comes back belong to you. We claim no rights in them.
The service, its software (other than Nodecode's MIT code), our names and our brands stay ours.
Prompts and outputs pass through our servers in memory. We never store, log or train on them. The privacy page lists what we keep.
06Prices and payment
- Prices are on the pricing page, excluding taxes. Checkout adds VAT where it applies.
- Stripe takes the payment. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- A plan renews every month or year until you cancel. You authorise each renewal charge.
- A failed payment may pause the service until it is paid.
- A top-up is paid in advance and pays for requests per token. The balance never expires. It cannot be refunded, moved to another account or exchanged for money.
- Charges appear on your statement as FORESIGHT-LABS.
07Cancelling and refunds
Cancel a plan any time under Billing in your account. It ends at once. We refund the unused days of the period to your card.
Buying as a consumer in the EU? The law gives you 14 days to withdraw. At checkout you ask us to start at once. Withdraw within the 14 days and you pay for what you used: the plan's days so far, or the spent part of a top-up. The rest goes back to your card.
Charged twice or by mistake? Write to [email protected]. We refund it.
08Availability
We aim for a smooth service and plan maintenance where we can.
Outages and maintenance happen. For now we cannot guarantee uptime or stability.
There is no service level unless your agreement sets one.
09Ending access
Close your account any time under Profile in your account.
We may deny access to, suspend or close any account, at any time. We do so when we judge it right, or when the law, an authority or a provider we rely on (such as Stripe) requires it.
When we close an account, we refund no fees and no balance.
10Liability
We provide the service as it is.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data.
Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms limit no liability the law forbids us to limit. Your rights as a consumer stay.
11Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top then moves. The new text applies from that date, and using the service after it means you accept it.
12Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the Rechtbank Zeeland-West-Brabant.
As a consumer in the EU you keep the protection of the law where you live, and may take a dispute to your own court.
